Michael, in your current system, I would like to be placed in the middle.  I want to ask questions, but believe I have some good information/opinions to contribute.   However, my preference is an equal identity with everyone else that has something to say or ask about Japanese gardening ways/styles.  Less intimidating and opens doors for all levels of participation.  And thanks for your continuing consideration of everyone's input.

Don;

 I just hit you with a PM.  Check your messages.

For everyone else, regardless of what it says under your name, post and answer freely where ever and when ever you feel comfortable doing so.  "Da rulez" and "titles" were not intended to stifle communication, just refine it.

Thanks for the explanation.  At this point, my Japanese is limited to martial arts terms, which is a fairly small vocabulary.
To defeat the enemy in battle 1,000 times is not victory. Defeating the enemy without fighting is victory.  Sun Tsu
