Derelict Japanese teahouse

I received an email today from someone who lives in Ohio who had visited my website and they was concerned about this teahouse, is it really going to be destroyed or has it allready been destroyed as the website is from 2005 (I think) does anyone know anything about it. just follow the link.

Apparently the 'compound' has quite a history. After being abandoned by the descendants of it's owners a number of locals formed a group in an attempt to save/restore the buildings and it's history. Below is an email sent from one of members to the group giving an update on the projects progress. It doesn't look good from my stand point. Email was dated: Wed Aug 17, 2005 5:05 pm

Dear Friends,

An update on the status of the teahouse/shrine property is long
overdue. Again, absence of information does not mean absence of
activity. On the contrary, there is much news to report:

At the very end of June, the property was sold to Ed and Nancy Potter
of Naples, FL. In fact, all 3 remaining Henderson properties in
Uptown Westerville were sold
