btw. June 16th '08, 6:30pm, for those in, around or able to be in Portland wishing to attend, this is a free lecture by one of the garden greats, Shiro Nakane... valuable topic...

Edzard, that would be much appreciated.  Travel budget is the same as garden budget...

OOoops, And I was up a bit too early today..
that should be Portland OREGON... not Washington, sorry... I was mentally in Seattle.

Shiro Nakane"s father was landscape archtect,  Kinsaku Nakane ?

I have same e mail address and cady's phone number. Send me e mail. I have moved to Salem, Mass yesturday.  I have to adopt  myself to new enviornment quickly. Old dog have to learn new trick  ::)
